Please read this agreement carefully before reserving vendor space.
Vendor table reservations are for the approved event dates and times listed by Big Dealz Card Show. Table placement is assigned by event management unless otherwise stated.
Vendor payments are required to secure space. Unless otherwise stated in writing, vendor payments are non-refundable. Transfers to another event may be considered only at management’s discretion.
Vendors may sell approved items related to the spirit of the event, including but not limited to:
Big Dealz Card Show reserves the right to restrict any item, display, or activity deemed unsafe, inappropriate, illegal, counterfeit, offensive, or unrelated to the event.
Vendors must complete setup during the designated setup window and may not begin breakdown before approval from event management unless an emergency occurs.
Vendors participate at their own risk. Big Dealz Card Show, its staff, venue partners, and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, cash, or personal property.
Vendors are responsible for following all local, state, and federal laws, as well as venue rules and event policies. Any required permits, licenses, tax reporting, or legal compliance are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
Big Dealz Card Show reserves the right to remove any vendor without refund for violating event rules, creating safety concerns, selling prohibited items, or damaging the experience for guests or other vendors.
By purchasing vendor space, submitting payment, or participating as a vendor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
